The façade is composed of a neutral, muted palette of light materials, providing a timeless and elegant appearance in harmony with the urban fabric. The eye is easily drawn to the feature reflective copper soffit, which stands in bold contrast to the otherwise subtle façade, framing the primary entrance and serving as a focal point for the building’s identity. The recessed ground floor creates a welcoming space with open areas for pedestrians, while large expanses of glass allow for generous natural light inside. Surrounding public spaces are activated by the building’s modern geometry, which offers both openness and a sense of solidity.

Innovative shading devices and strategically placed windows maximise daylight while reducing heat gain, contributing to the building’s overall energy efficiency.
